A simple and fast home loan calculator that includes your taxes.
This app does not include an amortization schedule, mostly because we found that the apps that included it became overly complicated.
We just wanted to quickly and easily figure out what our monthly payment will be based on the loan amount, APR and tax rate.
If thats what you need to do too, this app will suit you perfectly.
